I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago, don't use it as an alarm clock per say but it make a great desk clock. Now I can dock my iPod and play my tunes while I am working. The side benefit is that at the same time it is charging my iPod.

Also if you have a MP3 player other than an iPod it comes with a cable and a jack so you can play it through the speaker or even your CD player.

It's like a tower so it doesn't take up a lot of desk or night stand space


Cons:
I wished it has stereo speakers, but that is minor (via Parts and Things General Store)
