    The classic shu eyelash curler - there is no pulling, no tugging - it is the perfect shape and it catches and curls all of my short and straight eyelashes without putting in the "checkmark" bend that so many others of this style will give you. Warm it slightly with your hairdryer for even longer lasting curl.

    I'm the type that usually buys drugstore brand makeup and tools, but this one is an exception. This eyelash curler actually curls your lashes, instead of the usual, unwanted crimp or "bend" cheaper brands give you. The curl lasts long too. This is something I definitely recommend and is one of the few items I've tried that have actually lived up to the hype.

    I've been using these curlers for a long time and trust me - they make your lashes look long and gorgeous. It comes with an extra rubber replacement and lasts longer than other curlers.

    After reading so much about the Shu Uemura I was really excited to finally try this. This is the only eyelash curler that gives my straight eyelashes the perfect curl. I guess it's because of its contoured pad (as opposed to the flat pads cheaper brands have). This is an investment, believe me. I am in love with this curler. I didn't know that my eyelashes looked this good! I have long, but very straight eyelashes.. so it hardly looks like I have any if they are not curled. This curler curls them perfect. In addition, it really fit my eyes well and "grabbed" on to the lashes. It comes with 2 pads, so I'm hoping it will last a long time, if not I will re-purchase!! Paired with a good mascara base and/or mascara, I can get the curl to last all day, which is quite a feat given my naturally downward pointing lashes.

    i have had this eyelash curler for more than five years - the same one - because it's that good. all i have to do is replace the inside piece whenever it wears out, er rather, gets too gacked up with eye makeup (and yes, i know you're not supposed to curl AFTER you apply mascara, but id do. deal with it).

    TIP: Always curl your lashes Curling lashes will allow more light to get to your eyes, making them look brighter. Shu Uemura (May he rest in peace) was THE expert when it came to eyelashes, and his eyelash curler is the standard.

    I'm Recommender #15, so all of the praise I could lavish onto the legendary Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler has probably already been said. I will say this, though: I believe that buying well means buying once, and I've owned this eyelash curler for about six years. The results are just as miraculous now as they were the first time I used it.
