Primer is one of the most important steps in beauty and makeup care....
it fills in fine lines and pores as well as bind the foundation onto the face so it wont budge.... and nowadays primers have SPF, hydrating elements, and increase luminosity in skin as well.
Stila's new primer feels SUPER silky on the skin you almost wont need any foundation. Dermaxyl in there is a powerful anti-aging product. And Time released Hylauronic Acid keeps the skin smooth and moist.... (how it works[Ha]: think of little bubbles in different thicknesses popping and releasing moisture throughout the day!!)
