I have no idea if this stuff plumped my lips but I can tell you this, my lips feel great. The tingle that comes along with this gloss isn't that "holy shit my lips are gonna fall off" tingle. It's more like that "ahh ... doesn't that feel nice" tingle. The color is nice too. I got "Dolly" it's a muted shimmery plum.

The main ingredient is Squaline, an olive derivadive, that intensely moisturizes and because your body takes it as its own, the gloss stays on for HOURS.

Mildly plumping, you should select your color base- noting that there will be a slight pink (natural to your lips) in the standard sheer colors. The full colors are a true to their shades.

I love EVERYTHING bare escentuals! But, this lip gloss is amazing. It plumps your lips and gives amazing shine. More than that, it has a tingly, minty feeling that has become an addiction for me.
