i walked into the a few months ago and saw a guy using the bag. i asked him about his technique, style, and over fitness he'd built usin the bag. well, suffice it to say i was convinced. this thing wore me out more than when i run 10 miles. plus it strenghtens. plus, it's a great warmup for lifting weights.
