These bars are perfect for strength training in your gym or your home. It works the arms, chest, back and your core. It is lightweight and very easy to store. I love it because as huge proponent of using your own body weight for resistance. You can combine exercises together like pushups, pull-ups, crunches, tricep dips. It comes with a list of exercises that you can follow but I know you can create a plan of your own.

I love exercise equipment that doesn't take up a lot of space. And I'm a big fan of bodyweight exercises. This simple gadget fits right in with both scenarios. You can train your entire body, with just these two bars. The design is so basic and simple. It's definitely a "I coulda/shoulda thought of that" invention.
