Try not to paint at night, but if you do, get a good area light. This one is fancier than some you can get for around $25 on sale. Also a plus if you can suspend it on a ladder for paint work beyond the floor.
Imagine the surprise of seeing the accidental two-tone walls and ceilings in the morning... Not good.
