Don't laugh...this little oven makes an amazing rotisserie chicken and lots of other great-tasting roasted dishes. You can find it on Amazon for less than $50. Rotisserie cooking is really easy and makes your kitchen smell great.

This George Foreman 'Baby George' Rotisserie Oven is an adorable handy piece of equipment. It cooks chicken, beef, vegetables, etc very evenly. The only drawback is the small size so you literally have to have a very small whole chicken or lots of chicken twine to be able to cook in it. The great solution is the basket that comes along with the Oven that allows you to stuff it and seal it for easy roasting. I recommend this item for a single person or a couple, because of it's small size.
