Irrigator? What is this, farming?
Seriously though, if you have gum disease (or just want to prevent it!) an oral irrigator is a great way to get a thumbs up from your dentist. This compact little unit easily fills up and shoots the water out with a nice, even pressure. It's easy to refill and turn on and off.
