the pillow is heavy because of the foam, so it doesn't move around through the night (even though i do), and the contoured shape at the neck is what keeps my spine aligned, whether i'm laying on my back or my side. it's a little expensive for a pillow, but you use it everyday for at least eight hours, and your neck and back are worth it, right?

i can't sleep without my tempur pedic neck pillow.
