I'm a big fan of the salad spinner. I realize it's not glamorous, but darn it ... it keeps your greens fresh for a MUCH longer time. And I'm a big fan of spinach. The interesting thing here is that up until now OXO has pretty much had the salad spinner market cornered, but Martha is not one to back down from a challenge. And I have to say that the adorable blue color of this one wins my heart. I don't even NEED a new salad spinner, but I WANT this one!!!! Wah!
