Crown Prince Brisling Sardines in Olive Oil

Crown Prince Brisling Sardines are my favorite brand. I know sardines are not for everyone, but if you do like canned sardines and have not tried CP's Brislings in olive oil, I suggest you do so. Lightly smokey flavor, brislings are small w/a firm texture but are not fishy tasting. The olive oil ones taste better than the water or soy oil to me.
Brislings are great on toast or Finn Crisps w/pesto sauce. Plus, sardines are super-healthy. As a cold-water fatty fish, they have a lot of omega-3 in them which is a natural anti-inflammatory and can help myriad parts of your body last longer and perform better. Sardines are also lower in heavy metals than most other types of fish and have a pretty high protein content.
These canned sardines are also great to take on climbing trips. Small, compact, tasty. For some reason, sardines taste 1000x better when you are a few hundred feet off the deck.
