Now, we're not going to say we loved the final winning look on episode 2 of Project Runway - a tiny red plaid vest over a ginormous tent of a brown dress which was supposed to be something in the spirit of Sarah Jessica Parker's line Bitten. The idea had some footing, though, so we like Jill Stuart's Puff Sleeve dress to replicate the look, only better. Wear it big and loose.
