Goccia Black Truffle Oil rocks. I know that true gourmets say white truffles are the superior/more refined truffle but i personally prefer black truffles. And Goccia makes a great black truffle oil. Strong and nuanced, this stuff is great on a sliced heirloom tomato w/crumbled feta, salt & pepper. Also amazing on scrambled eggs or even on fish.

Highly recommended but remember, truffle oil is for dipping, not cooking. Apply it after you have done the cooking. Also, the olive oil is a great anti-inflammatory so it can help you live longer
