This film is the embodiment of Henry Ford's expression "If you think you can or if you think you can’t, you’re right." First, Joe thinks he cannot do much of anything. Then, believing his life is about to be cut short, he becomes fearless in both life and love. Meanwhile, Meg Ryan plays three different roles in the film, changing characters as quickly as she changes outfits. A real pick-me-up of a film !
