Want to know what the best skin brightener is according to Oprah? Nope, it's not some fancy pants $200 cream it's RImmels Mousse Blush and it's only $7 at drugstores. Get it while you still can I am better this stuff will be sold out soon.

I used to be (and still am to some extent) an expensive makeup kind of girl. But sometimes the cheap stuff is just as good, if not better. This mousse blush has been getting rave reviews for brightening skin and being overall awesome. I've like some of the other rimmel products I've used, so I think next time I'm at my local target I'll pick this up too. (via FashionKitty)
