“The Tray of Togetherness” (chyuhn haap) is a candy tray, typically in the shape of an octagon, that you fill with dried fruits and candies for guests and relatives. I found this one as part of an IKEA collection, but the more traditional trays are available in Chinatown shops. Each food is symbolic for various types of good fortune.
