Make sure to get scrapers with sharp razor blades, because it makes a huge difference when painting around glass.
The cool thing I discovered was painting over the edges of the glass on my metal door frames to seal the windows. However, it means you'll need to scrape the paint off later, which I couldn't do because I had used the incorrect tool! Then I found the razor scraper, and oh, life was better.
