#8- Bright Tights: It was the year of the tights in 2007 and the trend will continue through the beginning of 2008. Basic black was always a go-to but colored tights were really the big story in 2007. Purple, red, blue, or even green where some of the hottest. These by Hue won't set you back too much either coming in at around $12. (via Time Magazine)
