For me it's about a tie between Cholula and Tapatio. In other words, I wouldn't turn either away. But I more often keep Tapatio in the house.

There may not be much I can say about this tasty sauce that hasn't been said already, but it's such a fine product that I can't help but pipe up and throw in a word or two.
If you're a hot sauce connoisseur, you know that there are different sauces that taste better with different types of food... well Tapatio goes really nicely with just about anything. It's not as thin as some of the more vinegary hot sauces out there. Nice full flavored hot sauce, with a delicate hint of smokiness.

Tapatio is the bombdiggity. Screw Tabasco sauce. (Chilula is good though :) Behind every good Mexican meal I make is a bottle of Tapatio. My personal favorites are Tapatio with:
-Scrambled eggs
-Leftover burritos
-Chicken wings
-Home made fish tacos

Absolutely the best hot sauce out there. I put this on everything. You cannot beat Tapatio with any other hot sauce out there.

put it on almost anything: sandwiches, pasta, mac n cheese, eggs, tacos, salads and bugers

This is an excellent hot sauce superior to Cholula. The taste is perfect and not overpowering. It is a family owned company who are passionate about their product. I was turned on to it about ten years ago while having pizza and can't eat pizza without it ever since.
