This is a limited edition metal gear solid 4: Guns of the Patriots timepiece that can now be pre-ordered on gamestation. It is due to be released on October 31st of this year. According to Gizmodo, it was approved by Kojima himself, and only 500 are being released.

Only 500 of these babies are gonna be made, they're brushed stainless steel and impact resistant glass and oh so cool.
Metal Gear Solid 4 has a massive (and somewhat rabid) following throughout the world, and you know these watches are gonna go really fast.
