First of all let me tell you how I came to know this product, since I believe it's from England. I have a friend who travels much and most of his first class goodies he gives to me. This one came from his British Airways, first class, toiletry kit. Now it's a lip balm, but i use it as a cuticle moisterizer. My cuticles are dryer than a Nevada dessert. So I'm constantly experimenting to see what works. This does! (via I can't tell.)
