my in-laws had these sheets on their guest bed, and my husband and i fell in love with them... we didnt believe they were only 250 thread count because the modal is so soft. the softest and most confortable sheets ever. my mother in law ended up buying me a set so i wouldnt steal hers. only drawback is they dont stay on extra deep mattresses without those bungee straps, but it's totally worth the hassle.
