Settings for all types of rice(sushi, white, brown, GABA brown, mixed), and even porridge. Warms up to 99 hours. It even plays little tunes (or not if you don't want it to) when it starts and finishes.

Maybe it's just me, but whenever I make brown rice it's always so chewy. It never reaches that soft sticky consistency that my white rice does. I think it might be how I cook it (not long enough? not enough water? who knows). This rice cooker has a special brown rice setting (yay!) so I'll be able to cook brown rice and actually have non crunchy brown rice. (double yay!).
