Don't knock it till you've tried it. My sunday morning breakfasts are often fried spam rolled up in a tortilla. YUM! Perfect survival food - this meat comes already cooked so it is ready to go straight out of the can. Add to all your survival/disaster kits.

Now I don't recommend daily, weekly, or even monthly Spam consumption. But maybe once every so often. When the moon is just right, and the stars are aligned, fry a slice of span and eat it over rice with one fried egg. ITS SO GOOD!! And for extra goodness have a lil kimchee with it. : p~~~~~

Slice it thin....apply 3 drops of Chipotle Tabasco Sauce to each slice. Fry until somewhat crisp. Place on light toast, with lettuce, pickles, mayo, tiny bit of miracle whip, and a tiny bit of mustard. YUM I tell you. YUM!
