This is a great collection of authentic Yucatecan recipes -- the side of Mexican cuisine many aren't aware of. The Yucatan was separated by a number of factors from the rest of the "mainland" -- geography, topography, etc. -- which translates to a decidedly different array of delicious Mexican cuisine.
