from time to time they have a WOOT-OFF which is a continuously changing series of deal, as well as the fabled BAG O' CRAP which consists of mystery items in a bag -- you never know what you will get and it is not guaranteed it will not be dollar-store quality crap, neither. however the anticipation and the anxiety are extremely fulfilling --

there is an entire community of people who log into this site every night just to see what they have & write snarky comments about the item.

How can you not love woot.com? I check it (and it's sister sites) every morning for deals. I've gotten great gifts that I normally couldn't afford, and found fun stuff for myself.

an oldie but a goodie. just remembering to add some things i've known about but haven't recommended yet. every day there's a new deal on woot. usually techy stuff, and often really affordable. only one item for one day. dig it.

Woot! is amazing! The products they recommend are usually the latest and the greatest at great bargains. Even though they only feature one product a day, it's always something to check out. After a few good buys, you'll be eager to see what comes up the next day. (via WOOT!)
