woot is a daily/nightly addiction which is sometimes an AMAZING deal. each & every night at 10 PM PST, 1 AM EST -- woot puts up ONE item at a substantial discount, always with $5 shipping (rawther pleasing if you're ordering a flatscreen tv), and you may buy up to 3 of any single WOOT item until they are gone, or until the next one is put up. from time to time they have a WOOT-OFF which is a continuously changing series of deal, as well as the fabled BAG O' CRAP which consists of mystery items in a bag -- you never know what you will get and it is not guaranteed it will not be dollar-store quality crap, neither. however the anticipation and the anxiety are extremely fulfilling -- there is an entire community of people who log into this site every night just to see what they have & write snarky comments about the item. join in! i have wooted perhaps five times, i am trying to restrain myself.

Every day, Woot! offers a new deal. Usually, I'm not interested. But every now and then, they offer something just too good to turn down, like a $700 Dyson vacuum cleaner marked down to $325. Yes, it was refurbished, but it was still cheaper than anywhere else. Woot! is also great at involving the community. As long as you use the forums, you always know what you're getting.

Woot! is amazing! The products they recommend are usually the latest and the greatest at great bargains. Even though they only feature one product a day, it's always something to check out. After a few good buys, you'll be eager to see what comes up the next day.
