We aren't all that eco friendly, but is sure sounds like a good excuse to buy Jonathan Adler's melamine Acapulco dinner plates for outdoor entertaining all summer instead of disposable paper plates. Love the print and color on this set - so perfectly crisp for the patio by the pool.
