What do I think of the BOSU? Greatest creation ever! I use the BOSU with all of my personal training clients. This should definitely be a part of your home gym. BOSU is great for improving your balance and stability. And if you are looking to strengthen your core, there isn't a better piece of equipment out there. The BOSU is extremely versatile. In fact, you can do your entire workout utilizing the BOSU. As an added bonus, if you attach it to your back, you can be a Ninja Turtle for Halloween.
