  I heart Tokidoki! I'll admit I was only drawn to their makeup because of the wonderfully inspired vibrant presentations, but their makeup works just as well as it looks! I'm awful with liquid eyeliners, but this pen makes application effortless. What makes it stand out from other felt tip liners is that it's not abrasive to the skin at all--no rashes, redness, or roughness against your lids. This eyeliner is a dream. Exclusively at Sephora.

  The smoothest, most precise eyeliner I have ever tried! It writes like a fine-tipped pen for a more subtle effect, but gets bolder as you go. And, of course, the packaging alone will make you want to carry this in your purse for touch-ups and pick-me-ups.
