This is not glow-in-the-dark, or blacklight reactive glowing. This is the effect of mixing the toxic liquid insides of a glowstick with glue, and applying to your hair...Awesome!

Your hair and hands you used to apply the gel, will glow for 4-6 hours, causing panic among the elderly and gawking among the young.
