As the holidays approach, I thought I'd put a plug in for my favorite flour-added cooking spray -- Pam for Baking. Before Pam for Baking came along, I'd pretty much given up on the flour-added cooking sprays. They smelled funny and their performance was sketchy. I'm not exactly sure why I bought a can of Pam for Baking, but I was so impressed with it I kept buying it again and again. I don't generally use it on cookie sheets -- mainly on bundt cakes and sticky mufifns. Smells good, works well.
