So my wife is pregnant (again) and after last time we're trying to be safer. We found these liquid egg whites @ nutrition nirvana a bit cheaper than Sainsbury's and other online places. Theyr'e pasturised so are salmonella free and last quite some time - hence we either buy a 1 litre carton locally or mail order 6 litres from these guys. (via Nutrition Nirvana)
