I wash my face twice a day, once in the morning during my shower with this cleanser and once at night before bed using Proactiv. Using Proactiv twice a day as instructed is just too harsh on my skin, but I still felt I needed something really gentle in the mornings. This cleanser is the perfect gentle cleanser without drying out your skin!
