  If you're like me, you believe the base of a paper towel holder can never be too heavy. That said, you also to want to have to reinforce your countertops with a titanium skeleton. The SimpleHuman Quick Load Paper Towel Holder is the best compromise that I've found in terms of weight, ease of loading, and performance. Yes, I know you're laughing that I just called ripping a paper towel - performance, but admit it a crappy paper towel holder drives you crazy.
