I love my Chico Bags - They are the coolest reusable bags. They come packed into an attached small bag making them easy to store in your car or purse so you never have to be without them. They are washable, so small messes aren't a tragedy. They are very durable and hold a lot. My husband was surprised how strong they were. We use them all the time at our grocery store, farmer's market and retail stores. It's great to know we're reducing the amount of plastic bags that we're sending to the landfill.

ChicoBag are the best reusable shopping bag I have found yet. When contained in their integrated stuff sack, they fit in your pocket or purse. When unfolded they are the size of a plastic bag and can hold up to 20 pounds. They are also great for traveling or unexpected shopping trips. Through convenience they are helping stop the use of plastic shopping bags.

I love this bag because I've had tons of other bags and I always forget them. This one clips to my keyring, so I never leave it in the car or at home. It's lightweight, comes in a slew of colors, and I love that it compresses into a teensy pouch. I've given these as gifts and they make great stocking stuffers, not to mention wrapping the gifts in the bags themselves. That's my new thing this holiday season. I'm not doing disposable wrap, but am using these bags instead. Oh yeah, and the company really seems to care deeply about the environment. They do all kinds of events, giveaways for charities, etc. I like giving my money to a company that supports all the things that matter to me.

I really don't understand why people buy other reusable bags. These are freakishly awesome. Ok, that's a bit of an overstatement. But they are strong and the fact they store inside the tiny attached pouch makes them super convenient. If I had an award to give, these would get it. Assuming it was a good award. Not like a daytime emmy or something. And if you do want to buy multiples, go to the Chico site. They have buy four get one free, so you get 5 for 20 dollars. US dollars.

hi i noticed this product being sold in lots of places and i am wondering what happened ?nylon requires high energy of non renewable fuels to produce, and involves the precursors benzene(a known human carcinogen) and hydrogen cyanide (which is extremely poisonous. The manufacturing of nylon also releases volatile organic compounds(VOCs), nitrogen oxides and ammonia ,some where in china their pouring this stuff on the earth? Not to mention the amount of greenhouse gasses just to get it to market, the strip mining for the aluminum and iron{ for the springs in carabener and slip clasp)the coal that had to be burned ,the acid rain that has yet to fall?if you care about the earth this product shouldn't be on the shelf. If your thing is, oh they save on plastic bags ,not only are Chico bags to small for us who really shop with our own bags,it cannot be recycled?heh yet all the bags in stores are a #2 plastic that can be re melted into tons of new products.funny the ink on the bag itself could be lead or better yet the inks made by some 12year olds in Mexico's NAFTA then sent to china by ship spewing tons of diesel into air, OK that's a little crazy yet there is sad truth in my words please think about this.thanx Whipple

These bags are AWESOME! They fold up to be about the size of a cell phone (although just slightly more bulky) and when expanded can hold a load of laundry (depending on how you pack it). I love to keep one on my keychain for those random moments when you don't even think you're going to use it (when shopping for cothes, carry lunch in, etc). I love giving them out to friends and family because they're cheap, easy to use, and durable. You'd be amazed at how people are totally confused by the concept of a reusable bag or that you don't want a plastic bag. Plus, in the state of CA, if you don't use any plastic bags at the grocery store, you get $.05 off your purchase (keep a close eye if that's important to you because most checkers won't actually take it off unless you say something). Basically, these bags are easy (in every sense), washable, and you're doing something good for the environment.

These bags fold up really small but can hold a surprising amount of stuff (up to a load of laundry if you're good at squishing stuff). The bags themselves are sturdy and machine-washable so they can literally be used to carry anything (from food to clothes to random items). They're also cheap and affordable and totally worth the look on people's faces when you bust out a bag from a wallet-sized lump.

I use my chico bag all the time. it scrunches up so easily to fit in its pouch, so you can throw it into your purse and keep it in there until the next time someone tries to give you a ghastly plastic bag. Perfect for me because I'm always forgetting to bring my resusable bags with me to the store, but this one is already in my purse! Its very strong and durable, too.
