The only real way to deal with the horror of a man-beast who lives off the blood of goats (and is really only ever witnessed by Latinos, even though sightings of the bipedal, reptilian savage have been reported as far north as Maine) is to honor it as a limited-edition vinyl figure. This 7" badass, designed by Sara Antoinette Martin, is limited to 500 pieces.

Now this is a crazed looking character! It's just about as freaky as I imagined El Chupacabra would be, with maybe a dash of Don Rickles thrown in for good measure. Now if only I could have one of these limited edition weirdos for my very own. There are some specific pets in my neighborhood in need of a good disemboweling.

I've considered raising chupacabras, but this might work out better.
