  Using a bar soap as a dog shampoo is a great idea...especially if you're washing by yourself (because you need one hand/arm to hold them still and one to wash). Made with shea butter to provide a moisturizing lather that will leave Fido super soft, extra virgin olive oil to gently cleanse without stripping natural oils and the essential oils selected give a refreshing scent to deodorize (oh so important!). These soaps are antiseptic, anti-bacterial & repells inspects. Smells lemony fresh :)
