These WMD's sculpt my arms into chiseled pieces of man muscle. They have adjustable weight settings but it doesn't matter because I always lift on the heaviest setting....1000 times in a row. Cougars beware, there is a predator on the loose!

Not only are these great for home gyms, we also have these at the club where I work. They don't take up much space, and you don't have to waste time re-racking dumbbells and grabbing another pair. I love these.
