The downside to AcneFree: Its active ingredient is benzoyl peroxide, which bleaches hair and fabric and therefore requires a great deal of care. Even if you just use it at night, you'll have to get some white pillowcases and then wash them only with other whites. Having said that, if you have severe acne, nothing else works so well, and no other BP product is so effective and inexpensive as AcneFree.
