The one of a kind dresses are made from thrift store finds. Designer Debbie removes ruffles, shoulder pads, tapered pointed sleeves, and gaudy cloth flowers from out-of-date dresses and creates new in-with-the-times frocks. Oh, and did we mention that Scarlett Johansson is a fan? We hear she recently bought two of these.
The best part: no two are alike!
