I did a segment on the Today Show a few years back on rebounder trampolines. I love jumping on trampolines because it is fun, but I learned through my research that there is a lot more to gain from jumping on a rebounder than just a smile. Doing a workout on a rebounder will give you a full aerobic and strength workout. It has way less shock and impact on the joints. Rebounding improves balance and coordination and here is the most amazing part if you jump on a rebounder it will stimulate the lymphatic system drainage and that will boost cellular health. It is so easy to do and really easy to have, anywhere in your house. The rebounder will slide right under your bed or you can lean it up against any wall. That is how I keep mine.
