The SRF (Stabilization, Rotation, Function) Board is an interesting gadget. One disc is fixed, and the other slides. They can rotate or be locked in place to provide a stable base. The discs allow for dynamic movement patterns, while offering a friction-free environment. This encourages muscle development while decreasing the torque/stress on the knee.
The SRF board is extremely versatile. You can do everything from rehab to general fitness exercises. You can also perform sport & dance specific exercises.
The SRF board is good for everyone from general exercisers to athletes.
