Stay away from this company. They are liars and cheats. They must have a system of hiring scam artists to get you to sign up for their service. They just ripped me off 70.00 and the customer service says its a start up fee. I did not see that on my contract and I did see that no payments would be debited until july 5th and that is also what I was told. Still no help from them and they dont care. Also, I dont even get water for another 4 weeks! I paid for 5 bottles, they left 2 where is the other 3? " you will get them in 4 weeks ma'am" click! Here is a copy of the email I got from them after phone failure.

We've had O Premium Waters for over 4 years now and have never had a problem. I have heard complaints about them that I know are bogus. We have always had great service, fast, prompt and friendly. Our son has to have pure water due to a congenital issue and O Premium is the best tasting purest water we have found. The testing really proves the truth about their water. O Premium Water is the purest just ask them to test their water against your favorite bottled water. We've had OPremium for 2 years and I would agree they are the best that we have had here in Phoenix. The kids love their water and I couldn't be happier to have them want water rather than soda.
