I've actually seen this. I still can't tell if it's tongue-in-cheek or not. Some comment on 21st century society's lack of genuine emotion? Some sarcastic artist who just wanted to make a buck? I don't know, but who cares - the title says it all.

It's a step by step guide to babies; mainly their 'parts', caring of and feeding of. It's sort of like a construction manual for some sort of complicated gadget so it's interesting. (via FashionKitty)
