the hardest part about taking lunch to work for me is the packing. i like to have a sandwich, soup and maybe a salad, or rice, quesadillas and salsa or....the possibilities are endless. but its such a hassle to pack everything and transport it neatly. this bento lunch jar is the perfect solution to my problem. with multiple compartments i'll never have to limit my lunch options again. vacuum insulation ensures my food stays at an appropriate temperature. the jars come in different sizes and the number of compartments range from 2-4 so you can find one that's right for your dietary preferences. This is a unique and practical lunch set, ideal for taking to work, even at picnics.
The Zojirushi Mr. Bento lunch jar, which comes with a series of microwaveable bowls that keep food hot while you're working. The bowls come in 15.2-, 10.1-, 9.5-, and 6.8-ounce sizes, perfect for rice, soup, a main dish, and a side dish. The bowls also stack conveniently inside the washable container, which employs vacuum-insulated stainless-steel construction to preserve the temperature of its contents for hours.

Ever checkout the flickr group pages on these Zojirushi Mr. Bento? If that doesn't inspire you to get one of these and start packing elaborate lunches everyday, I don't know what will.

I've been switching over to bringing my lunch to work. This lunch system would answer all my all my lunching needs: multiple containers, heat/cold insulation, and the undying quest for the coolest lunch box. Oh the possibility of fitting an entree and a salad into my lunch.

I get so tired of the cafeteria-style dining options on-campus at my university... I love the idea of bringing a hot, fresh, home-cooked meal along instead of buying a McDonald's Snack Wrap.

This bento box is the star at my lunchroom. Nothing quite beat the tension in the air as a tableful of coworkers holding their breath as I reveal each individual compartment in the bento. Ah....who know brown bagging could be so cool. Not to mention it's done wonders in helping my portion control.
