Enough workout and fitness activities with my previous recommendation, the heavy boxing bag. Now it is time for a nap outdoor, on the road, on the trail, or at home--the DreamSack is a dream come true. At seven feet nine inches long, the DreamSack allows plenty of space to spread out in a sea of silk, even providing a pocket for a pillow. This luxurious indulgence weighs about seven ounces and folds into a sack the size of a popsicle. Toss it into your bag for business trips, travel adventures, and sleepovers. Provides added warmth outdoors, convenient for overnight guests and perfect for all those who are squeamish about hotel beds.

Firstly this sleeping bag is not made for the outdoors as it is 100% silk. If you did want to use it outside, you would have to would use it inside a standard outdoors sleeping bag.
I would foresee myself using this when I want to save cash by staying in a cheap hotel. And you know you can't trust the cleanliness of the bed sheets sometimes. Whip this comfy, twin bed size, sleeping bag out and spread it right on top of the bed. No more worries about hygiene. Best of all it fits in a teeny tiny bag, perfect for traveling.
