My mom uses one and no longer gets those awful sinus headaches. I bought one for my roommate who had chronic snoring problems and congestion in the winter, and that completely went away after one use. The neti pot is semi-new to Western culture but so helpful. Good for anyone with sinus congestion or who just wants to clear things up a little bit. Just add warm water, a dash of salt, the included gentle wash, and start neti-potting. It may look scary, but this homeopathic remedy will save you so much grief and money on sinus-clearing medicine. Not to mention it's better for you!
