The Logitech VX Nano Cordless Laser Mouse has a tiny(hence the 'Nano' in the title!) receiver that is roughly the size of a 5 cent coin! The mouse is sleek and very comfortably fit, with scroll buttons for easy surfing.

Best mouse hands down. RF has several advantages over bluetooth, being faster response, longer battery. Now that the dongle problem is solved, there's no reason to go Bluetooth.
One complaint is that Logitech calibrates all their mice to be faster than other brands, so if you're dualing with a trackpad, you'll have inconsistent pseeds.
